Your account

With our new ticketing system, tickets to events produced by the National Arts Centre will be sold exclusively on our website and managed through your new NAC account.

If you previously bought tickets to NAC events on Ticketmaster, or if you have been a subscriber, you may already have a new NAC account. 

To log in to your new NAC Account, use the email address you have used to buy tickets to the NAC in the past. Confirm your email address and create a new password using the “Forgot password” link on the NAC Account log in screen. If you don’t already have an NAC Account, you can create a new NAC account.

Your tickets to NAC Orchestra, NAC Dance, English Theatre, French Theatre, Indigenous Theatre, and Popular Music and Variety shows should appear in your NAC account. 

Tickets to shows that are not produced by the NAC, such as Broadway Across Canada touring productions and other rental events, are sold on Ticketmaster and other ticketing platforms and will not appear in your NAC account. 

Broadway Across Canada 

If you are a Broadway Across Canada season subscriber, you can manage your Broadway tickets and your BAC subscription account details by logging in to Account Manager

External ticketing platforms

If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster or another external ticket seller, please log in to your account on that platform to manage your tickets.
