Jenni Lessard, a Métis chef from the Qu’Appelle Valley, near Regina, Saskatchewan, is interviewed by the National Arts Centre's Michael Gauthier on her early entrepreneurial start in the food industry, connecting to her ancestors through food, and her current outlets for culinary creativity.   

Chef Lessard was the Resident Chef at the NAC from September to November 2022.
