Laurianne Paradis

Laurianne Paradis has played the horn since 2015. In 2017, she was admitted to the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, where she studied under Nadia Côté (2017–2018) and Marjolaine Goulet (2018–present). She received her diploma in preparatory music studies (performance, horn) in 2020 and has continued on this educational path ever since. She has been a part of the Orchestre symphonique du Conservatoire de musique de Montréal since 2020, for which she earned a Gilbert-Patenaude scholarship in 2023. On top of this orchestral experience, she also played in the Brott Music Festival in 2022 and 2023 with the National Academy Orchestra, conducted by Alain Trudel. Laurianne is now launching her career in music while continuing to study the horn. She is a freelance musician for the Festival Classica, the Opéra bouffe du Québec and the Orchestre Philharmonique du Québec.
