Fall On Your Knees

World Premiere: A National Arts Centre, Vita Brevis Arts, Canadian Stage, Neptune Theatre, Grand Theatre Production

Fall on Your Knees, the acclaimed and best-selling book by beloved Canadian author Ann-Marie MacDonald, will be brought to life in 2023 as a highly theatrical, music-movement-and-story driven production that promises to be a visual feast.

A National Arts Centre English Theatre, Vita Brevis Arts, Canadian Stage, Neptune Theatre and Grand Theatre production, the World Premiere of this classic story will be performed in four cities across Canada - Toronto, London, Ottawa and Halifax – from January to April 2023.

Adapted and co-created by playwright Hannah Moscovitch and directed and co-created by Alisa Palmer, Fall On Your Knees will be a history-making two-part stage adaptation (part one: Family Tree, part two: The Diary), allowing audiences to enjoy two extraordinary evenings at the theatre.
