Judith Poitras is a multidisciplinary artist who likes to wander among video, performance and drawing. Based in Hull (Gatineau), she has participated in joint projects with several local artists, including Catherine Levasseur-Terrien, Pierre-Luc Clément, the music group Standish Hall, and Marie-Ève Fontaine, with whom she formed the collective Les vagabondes in 2021. Her artistic approach is guided and driven by the gentle desire to reveal moments of vulnerability, sensitivity and resilience, in order to create spaces of empathy and closeness between people.
