How to buy tickets

Sundays and Holidays: when a performance is scheduled, the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to curtain until 15 minutes after the curtain time of the last performance.
No service charges. Debit card and major credit cards accepted.

Discounts
Patrons can purchase a limit of two half-price tickets, in person only, at the NAC Box Office for certain performances presented by the National Arts Centre. Tickets can only be purchased on the day of the performance between 16h00 and 18h00. Patrons can call our ''What's on line'' at (613) 947 7000 ext. 565 to find out if rush seats are available or not for individual performances.

Gift cards
Gift cards are available in any amount. NAC gift cards may be exchanged at the National Arts Centre Box Office for tickets for any performance or at le cafe for a meal. They can be ordered in person at the Box Office, by fax, or by mail. To fax your order send it to (613) 947-7112, include your name, address, telephone number, dollar amount for gift cards, with credit card number and expiry date.

A service charge of $2 is applied to orders of $99 or less and a $5 service charge to orders of $100 and over. Gift cards will be mailed registered mail to the address of your choice.
